There are two types of humans, those that empower and those that are empire builders. There are points where the two converge in some humans and can do harmoniously, but within reason, they remain separated by a big margin.

Collectors, art fairs, galleries, auction houses, marketplaces, artists mediums, curators, writers, audiences, and most of all - the artists - require empowerment for their individual roles in the artworld ecosystem.

The talk will look at how to empower the artist for the best advantage of all. The artist in the contemporary artworld needs this empowering, as it is an unusual role and livelihood. And when art businesses and artworld projects are built on the notion of being about art, then clearly it is the artist that needs utmost empowering attention.
