Nazareno/Lichauco’s vision for the Special Projects area recalls the memory of a long-ago plaza in an imagined barrio. At the center of this población is the plaza—once the heart of communal life—anchored by a place of spiritual presence. From this core, paths unfold into eskinitas and informal gathering spaces where artists, makers and guests meet.
